According to British media outlet Team Talk, newly appointed Manchester United manager Jorge Amorim has already discussed squad issues with the club’s top brass. Players such as Anthony, Ericsson, Lindelöf, and Casemiro are not part of Amorin’s plans.
The report also indicates that Amorim is preparing to make personnel adjustments at Manchester United during the winter transfer window, with all four players on the list to leave. Ericsson and Lindelöf’s contracts will expire at the end of the season, and Amorim has no intention of extending their contracts. Casemiro and Anthony, due to their high salaries, may be sold by Manchester United.
Amorim has also discussed transfer plans with Manchester United and has identified replacements for Lindelöf and Anthony, both of whom are former colleagues of his. These include Sporting CP’s central defender Inácio and winger Edwards.
