The Albanian midfielder Aslani has stated that his team is ready to face the defending champions, Italy.
In an interview with Italian Sky, Aslani said, “It’s always exciting to meet friends, especially when the opponent is Italy, a team with strong players we respect. But on the pitch, we must not be afraid.”
Aslani will come up against his Inter Milan teammates Frattesi and Barella, commenting, “I spoke with Frattesi a few days ago. His friendly goal was great, and I praised him, but of course, I don’t want him to score against us. His runs forward are dangerous. I hope Barella plays too, as that means he’s doing well, and that’s the most important thing. I like facing my teammates.”
