According to The Athletic (TA), Wolves are hoping to sign Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale.
The report states that Wolves hope to secure Ramsdale on a loan deal with an option to buy, and the team is willing to cover most of his wages during the loan period. However, considering Wolves’ financial situation, it would be difficult for them to sign him outright this summer.
Arsenal are open to letting Ramsdale leave but prefer a permanent transfer over a loan deal. The Gunners have already rejected a bid from Dutch giants Ajax. Besides Wolves, newly promoted Premier League side Southampton are also rumored to be interested in signing the former England international goalkeeper.
