On August 3, according to renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano, Borussia Dortmund forward Niclas Füllkrug has agreed terms with West Ham United, and the German is set to join the Hammers.
Romano wrote, “Niclas Füllkrug to West Ham, Here We Go! The deal with Dortmund is agreed for a fixed fee of €27m plus €5m in add-ons. The player will undergo his medical on Saturday.”
The 31-year-old German made 43 appearances (39 starts) for the Black and Yellows last season, scoring 15 goals and providing 11 assists. During this year’s European Championship, Füllkrug was included in the German national team squad and scored a goal. His current market value is €15m.
