On August 4, in the men’s rings final of the Paris Olympic Games, Chinese athletes Zou Jingyuan and Liu Yang competed.
Zou Jingyuan went first, scoring 15.233 points. Liu Yang was second to perform, scoring 15.300 points.
None of the subsequent competitors scored more than 15.1 points. In the end, Liu Yang and Zou Jingyuan won gold and silver medals respectively, increasing China’s tally of gold medals to 18!
