Recently, former Red Bull and Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel finished in 44th place with a time of 8 hours and 55 minutes in the 150km Finnmark Off-Road Cycling Race. Vettel received greetings from spectators and his family at the finish area but declined to comment to the media present.
Interestingly, to avoid being recognized, the four-time world champion registered for the race using his wife’s surname.
Vettel won the Drivers’ Championship four times with Red Bull between 2010 and 2013. There have been reports that the 37-year-old has been keen on making a return to racing, but unlike Alonso, luck hasn’t favored the German, as no teams in the paddock have offered him a seat.
