On July 5th, Guangxi Pingguo Hailiao Football Club released an official statement. After friendly consultations with the player, Tao Yuan has joined the team on loan effective immediately. He will don the number 20 jersey and compete in various tournaments for Guangxi Pingguo Hailiao Guojing Team.
Tao Yuan was born on January 18, 1993, in Anqing, Anhui Province. Standing at 180cm and weighing 78kg, he plays as a wing midfielder or full-back. He was part of the Chinese U23 team for the 2014 Asian Games. Tao Yuan started his professional career in 2014 with Jiangsu Suning, and has since played for Nanjing City, Guangxi Pingguo Hailiao, Sichuan Jiuniu (Shenzhen Xinpengcheng), and Qingdao Hongshi. With extensive experience in the China League One, he won the 2015 Chinese FA Cup. Tao Yuan returns to Guangxi Pingguo Hailiao Guojing for his second spell at the club during the 2024 summer transfer window.
It is understood that this is Tao Yuan’s second stint with Guangxi Pingguo Hailiao Guojing Team.
