The Chinese women’s basketball team suffered a 59-81 loss to Serbia in their Olympic group stage match last night, marking their second consecutive defeat.
Following the match, Huang Si Jing, one of the players from the Chinese women’s basketball team, was interviewed by the media.
Reflecting on the reasons behind their loss, Huang Si Jing attributed it to a lack of team coordination:
“This year’s training period was fraught with difficulties. One major challenge was dealing with injuries, and another was the fact that our team members didn’t all arrive until a week before the Olympics started. This limited our ability to fully coordinate as a team.”
