On July 1st, according to NBA insider Shams Charania, Aaron Wiggins has agreed to a 5-year, $47 million contract extension with the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Thunder had previously declined Wiggins’ team option of $2 million.
In the regular season, Wiggins appeared in 78 games for the Thunder, averaging 15.7 minutes per game, scoring 6.9 points, 2.4 rebounds, 1.1 assists, and 0.7 steals while shooting 49.2% from three-point range.
