The Paris numbers were unsustainable.
According to Complexity’s team manager messioso, the sticker revenue from PGL Copenhagen Major has returned to standard, with the exceptional income from the previous Paris Major being a fleeting phenomenon.
In the Paris Major, the total sticker revenue amounted to $100 million. Some teams earned up to $4.25 million, with players receiving $250,000 each. For Legends teams, each received $3.5 million, and players got $200,000; for Challengers, teams pocketed $2.6 million, and each player took home $200,000.
AMKAL player Aleksei Trofimov | NickelBack claimed that at this Major, players could earn $200,000 to $250,000 from stickers. However, messioso responded to this statement, stating that while he couldn’t disclose exact figures due to confidentiality agreements, the Paris Major’s income was not typical, and the Copenhagen Major has seen a return to normalcy.
