According to an article by TA journalists Laurie Whitwell and James Horncastle, Sancho was not included in Manchester United’s squad for their first Premier League match of the new season against Fulham at home a week ago. Manager Erik ten Hag stated that the absence of the 24-year-old player might be due to an ear infection, but ultimately it was down to selection issues.
An unnamed insider at Manchester United indicated that Sancho reacted to this decision by reiterating his desire to leave Manchester United. Sancho did interact normally with his teammates in the locker room before the game, but he did not watch the match from the stands with teammates Hoyle, Yorke, and Tom Heaton.
It is understood that Juventus are interested in loaning Sancho, while Paris Saint-Germain officials have denied any interest in Sancho. This time, Manchester United hope to sell Sancho permanently and will only consider a loan if it makes sense from a Profitability and Sustainability Rules (PSR) perspective.
