Juventus has officially announced that Federico Chiesa has transferred to Liverpool.
The transfer fee is 12 million euros, to be paid over four fiscal years, and includes a variable bonus of up to 3 million euros. Due to the impairment of the remaining book value of the player’s registration rights, this transaction results in an economic loss of 3 million euros for the 23/24 fiscal year.
After spending four seasons together, the 26-year-old player has concluded his adventure with Juventus. Chiesa made 131 appearances for the Bianconeri, scoring 32 goals and providing more than 20 assists.
Chiesa demonstrated his many talents from the very first day he arrived in Turin, continually improving himself through each training session and every match, inspiring those around him with his determination and drive.
In the 23/24 season match against Lecce, Chiesa achieved his 100th appearance for Juventus; in the final Serie A match of last season, against Monza, which ended 2-0, Chiesa scored his final goal for the Bianconeri. He leaves with three trophies — one Italian Super Cup and two Italian Cups.
Thank you, Chiesa, for everything you brought, and we wish you all the best for your future!
