According to L’Équipe, Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman has accepted the contract offer from Al-Hilal Riyadh and the transfer will be completed once final details are finalized. However, Romano states that Coman has not yet made a decision.
Previously, there were reports that Bayern had already accepted the offer from Al-Hilal, with Coman’s willingness being the last obstacle for this transfer. It is understood that Coman is also aware of interest from Premier League clubs and therefore wants to carefully weigh his options before making a decision.
L’Équipe updated their report today claiming that Coman has accepted the contract offered by Al-Hilal. However, Romano subsequently updated his tweet: “Coman has not made any decision on Al-Hilal’s contract offer and is still considering whether to stay at Bayern, remain in European football, or move to Saudi Arabia.”
44 minutes later, Romano updated again, stating that Coman’s agent issued an exclusive statement clarifying that the report of ‘Coman accepting the offer’ is false.
