The fourth round of the 2024 FIM Grand Prix World Championship will take place from April 26 to 28 at the Jerez Circuit in Spain. Gresini Racing Team, a seasoned competitor in the FIM GP World Championship, participates in MotoGP and Moto2 classes with fuel-powered bikes and also competes in the FIM Enel MotoE World Championship using electric motorcycles across three categories.
In the MotoGP class, Gresini Racing fields Spanish brothers Marc Marquez (#93) and Alex Marquez (#73). The team’s choice for transportation within the MotoGP paddock is the FELO FW-06 electric scooter, which is frequently seen ridden by the Spanish riders.
The FW-06 features a mid-mounted motor with a peak power output of 10 kW, a 96V 58Ah lithium-ion battery, an LCD digital instrument cluster, and a full LED lighting setup, as well as 14-inch wheels, a top speed of 110 km/h, and a range of about 140 km on a full charge under specific test conditions.
On Wednesday, ahead of the race weekend, the two riders visited Real Betis’ football stadium, showcasing their skills on the pitch – football and two-wheeled motorsports are both popular sports in Spain.
